Laura is HR & Operations Manager and a member of the Management Team at Process Integration Limited (PIL). Laura is responsible for managing the day to day office operations ensuring the smooth running of business activities and delivery of business objectives and strategy. Additionally, Laura manages the HR function by providing advice, support and guidance to the Management Team, Line Managers and employees within the company. Laura implements people management policies to ensure the effective recruitment, training, development and overall management of the company’s human resources.

She holds a BA Honours English and a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Diploma in Professional Marketing. In addition, Laura is qualified in the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) Level 5 Certificate of Professional Studies with Distinction in Human Resource Management.
